RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. We kindly ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for evaluation and replacement.


By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the wine is corked or otherwise flawed. We are unable to accept returns for wine that was damaged due to weather conditions during shipping, or wine that was ordered in error.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@dunningvineyards.com. Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine, excluding shipping and handling. If the wine was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
